FRAMES
Our standard SINGLE frames have an OD (overall dimension) 880×2070 (door 813×2032) available in 55 x 115 (single brick) & 55 x 230 (double brick) sizes.
Our standard DOUBLE frames have an OD (overall dimension) 1680×2070 (door 1612×2032) available in 55 x 115 (single brick) & 55 x 230 (double brick) sizes.
Custom sizes are available on request.
When ordering your door set three options are to be considered.

Will your frames be post-fit into dry wall studs?

– Our frames powder coated in grey primer for durability.
– Easily painted with your topcoat onsite.

– After manufacture we send your frame out to be fully galvanized.

– 2mm 304 grade stainless steel in 55mm section
– Used mostly in health care environment.

DOORS
To provide the highest quality heat resistance and reduced heat transfer we manufacture our unique core in-house making use of a combination of various non-combustable minerals and additives. Our core is lighter than any other in the industry and exceeds all the SANS criteria being STABILITY, INTEGRITY & INSULATION.
To maintain consistency and production integrity we disclose the composition of our core along with our manufacturing process with testing laboratories.
Standard doors come in flush panel MDF or HDF faces with exposed edges (2EE).
Decorative doors are veneered in your choice of wood and lipping’s (2CE) are added to both vertical edges.
All veneer and high pressure laminate finishes are available.
We carry STOCK-ON-HAND so no need to wait the industry norm of 6-8 weeks for your doors, you can collect same day or delivered nationally within 4 days.
Our lead-time for doors not in stock is around 10-15 days from order until ready for dispatch.

GUARANTEE OF COMPLIANCE
TAGGING
All frames and doors are tagged as required with our company details, class of door, date of manufacture and unique serial number which we record on our database in order to provide full tracabilty and tracking of each door assembly.
Single doors have 2 tags, 1 on the frame and 1 on the door.
Double doors have 3 tags, 1 on the frame and 2 on the doors, each leaf is tagged.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT (QMS)
Our QMS ins based on ISO 9001 so you rest assured that we test is what you get. We keep track of all our raw materials purchased, all detailed records are kept for every door that is produced by us and we can back track the last 10 years to any door we have made and thus ensure our manufacture integrity.
